Classic & Street Rod Auto Show
April 25. 2010 by Merilee.
Moab, Utah
April 23, 2010
We had a lot of fun this weekend with the Moab Classic and Street Rod Auto Show. On Friday and Saturday nights, the Main Street was lined with people to watch the classics and street rods cruise the strip. I had my wide angle lens and the drivers could see me taking pictures. They would slow down and then light them up for us. What a flashback!
Dick you would have loved this one. It was much bigger than we imagined. Brad guesses at least 300 classics were in the show being judged. Many just brought their classics to drive the strip and soak up the compliments.
One of the pics is of a southern lady driving the MG Midget and towing a tear drop. She had a custom made shade tent that attached to the back of the teardrop.
I am working on more pics to post on Flickr. Some great old cars and trucks to see and a good time was had by all.
