Coastal beach weather

Wells Beach, Maine
The coastal weather continues to be cloudy, humid, overcast and rainy. Hope you like the Margaret Todd. She is a 4 masted schooner and sails Frenchman’s Bay daily.

Finally surf and sunshine!

We are camped on the water at an rv resort on Frenchman’s Bay in Maine. After days of rain, the sun came out and we took a drive thru the Scenic Loop Road in Acadia National Park. The scenery was superb as always.
The peregine falcon chicks on Precipe have been flying for 3 weeks and are colored just like the rock on the ledge. I will stake this site out later in the week.
This pic is Brad standing above Otter Point. It is truly one of our favorite spots in the park.

Acadia in autumn

Bar Harbor, Maine
We have been basking in the sunny, warm autumn weather in Acadia NP. Pic is of Brad strolling Eagle Lake. This is one of our favorite places in the park. We have also spent hours on the scenic ocean drive watching the lobster boats and coastal activities.

We took a successful shake down cruise in the new RV today to Bar Harbor. Wonderful lobster and shrimp dinner at our favorite Geddy’s. Looking forward to seeing Acadia’s ocean drive.
