Gemini Bridge

Moab, Utah

April 16, 2012

A fine spring day lead us down the Gemini Bridge trail.  The trail begins in a wide canyon that is posted as lambing grounds for desert big horn sheep.  Here is view into the canyon.

One of the landmarks along the way is called Gooney Bird Rock.  I’ll let your imagination figure it out.

The Gemini Bridges are viewed from up above the bridges. It is quite a site to view down under the bridges.

We took the shortcut home via Pucker Pass and Long Canyon.  We have been watching a huge boulder that has fallen over the trail.  Over the last few years it has continued to drop down past the trail (gravity at work).  Yes, I took pics as Brad drove under the boulder.  :))
