Gold Canyon, Arizona

This is the view of our beloved Superstition Mountains this morning as the snow clouds cleared off the mountain side.  It was 38 degrees with a little wind early this morning.   I know you get sick of me saying how great the weather is in Gold Canyon but this morning was the freak exception.  I did run out to shoot some pics of it before it was gone.  Much to my dismay all the trails were slippery snotty mud.  Gonna need a new pair of sneaks after this adventure.

The roads in Sedona were closed this morning due to the snow fall including Oak Creek Canyon (my favorite).  I do hope this is freak storm as we are headed to Sedona at the end of this week.
